Step 2:

Schedule a consultation. Once I’ve collected all the necessary data, I will fit you with a tailor made exercise program.

Step 3:

Start your personalized workout program! Daily accountability reminders will be sent to your inbox.

Step 4:

Keep in touch by using the built in messaging center and progress tracker.

Step 5:

Coaching sessions can be scheduled on a recurring basis or as needed.
